A workspace that prioritises inbound leads with a visible score breakdown, maps each priority to a follow-up action and surfaces operational failures before they get lost.
Context
An independent build exploring how home-service teams can move from inbound lead data to prioritised follow-up without hiding the logic.
Design challenge
How do you help a busy team know who needs attention first, while keeping scoring understandable and exceptions visible?
Transparent prioritisation
Each lead's score is broken down on screen rather than hidden. It draws on four signals, then groups leads as Hot, Warm or Cold.
- Timeline
- Budget
- Property profile
- Decision-maker status
From score to action
The interface maps each category to a follow-up rule. This is the rule model shown in the product, not evidence of business outcomes. Lead cards also support pipeline-style moves and scheduling.
- Hot - SMS and priority queue
- Warm - schedule a follow-up call
- Cold - nurture email drip
Operational workspace
Connected areas for leads, calls, appointments, activity, templates, billing and settings. Protected views distinguish client admin, client viewer, admin and super admin access.
Exceptions are part of the product
A Needs Attention view surfaces failed operational events - grouped as SMS failures, booking failures and integration issues - with routes to investigate each one, so problems are not silently lost.
What this means for your business
- →A custom CRM that shows who to call first and why, with scoring you can read
- →Follow-up rules tied to each lead priority, so warm leads do not go cold
- →Failed messages, bookings and integrations surfaced in one view instead of silently lost
What this build shows
- Explainable prioritisation
- Operational workflow design
- Role-aware product architecture
- Exception and failure-state design
