AI automation and WhatsApp systems for businesses in Nigeria

Creative Hauz builds WhatsApp sales and booking systems, custom CRMs and dashboards for Nigerian businesses, connected to Paystack, Flutterwave and bank transfer confirmation. Systems are designed for mobile-first customers and unreliable power, follow Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 principles, and are led remotely by founder Linda Kisimisi.

How Nigerian businesses actually operate

Many Nigerian SMBs sell through WhatsApp and Instagram first. Customers see a product or service, send a message, receive account details, make a bank transfer and send a screenshot as proof. The business then checks its banking app, confirms the payment and processes the order.

That flow is familiar to customers but costly for the business. Fake or edited payment screenshots are a real risk, staff spend hours confirming transfers, and orders get delayed when the person who checks the bank app is busy. Businesses that also accept card payments through a gateway end up with two separate payment records to reconcile.

We design systems that bring those pieces together: WhatsApp enquiries, payment links, transfer confirmations and customer records in one place, so orders move forward when money is verified, not when someone has time to check.

Local payments: Paystack, Flutterwave and bank transfer

We build around the payment methods Nigerian customers use every day:

Paystack
Payment links and webhooks confirm card, bank and transfer payments automatically and update the order or booking.
Flutterwave
The same pattern for Flutterwave, including payment links sent directly in WhatsApp chats.
Bank transfer confirmation
Where customers pay by transfer, we avoid relying on screenshots alone: payments are confirmed against a verifiable source where your setup allows, such as gateway transfer notifications or dedicated account numbers, with exceptions sent to a person.
Pay on delivery
Cash and POS payments on delivery are recorded against the order so the daily view is complete.

What we automate in Nigeria

WhatsApp sales enquiries

Instant replies with product details, prices and availability, then handover for negotiation.

Bookings and reminders

Appointments captured in chat with confirmations and reminders.

Payment verification

Gateway payments confirmed automatically, transfers checked against a reliable source, not just a screenshot.

Order and delivery updates

Customers informed at each stage, from confirmed to dispatched to delivered.

Staff handoff

Conversations routed to sales, support or dispatch with context attached.

Sales dashboards

Orders, payments and outstanding balances visible by day and by channel.

Built for unreliable power and mobile data

Power outages and generator schedules affect when offices are online. Cloud-hosted systems keep receiving messages and payment notifications regardless, so nothing is lost while staff are offline.

Staff screens are designed for phones and modest data plans, and customer steps stay inside WhatsApp so nobody has to install a new app.

Data protection

Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023

The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, overseen by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, sets rules for processing personal data. In plain terms, businesses should have a lawful basis for collecting data, use it only for stated purposes, keep it secure and respect people's rights over their information.

We design those principles into each build: consent wording in WhatsApp flows, role-based access for staff, minimal data collection and the ability to find and delete a customer's records. Card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored in your system. This is a design approach, not legal advice; please confirm your obligations with a qualified adviser.

Questions from businesses in Nigeria

Can you stop fake payment screenshots?

We design the flow so orders are confirmed from a verifiable payment source, such as Paystack or Flutterwave notifications, rather than a screenshot alone. Anything that cannot be verified automatically goes to a person to check.

Do you integrate with Paystack and Flutterwave?

Yes. We use their payment links and webhooks to confirm payments automatically and update the order, then send the customer a WhatsApp confirmation.

Can you confirm bank transfers automatically?

Often, depending on your setup. Options include gateway transfer notifications and dedicated account numbers. We review what your bank and gateway support during the audit.

Do you build in-person or remote?

Remote. Projects are founder-led by Linda Kisimisi over video and WhatsApp, with documented handover and training.

Will it work when our office has no power?

Yes for message and payment capture, because the system runs in the cloud. Staff pick up the queue when they are back online.
