An operations platform built for Creative Hauz that gives the internal team one place to run automation projects, while clients see only their own status and requests.
Context
Agency automation work easily fragments across chats, spreadsheets and ad-hoc updates. We built this internal product for Creative Hauz to bring it into one system.
Design challenge
How do you give an internal team full operational control, while giving clients enough visibility - without exposing internal-only data?
Two workspaces, one system
Team and client roles are distinct. After sign-in, team users land on an internal dashboard and client users on a client dashboard. Internal administration and client-facing status are deliberately separated.
Project visibility
The team dashboard brings projects and automation requests together and derives at-a-glance counts. Clients only see data linked to their own client identity.

From request to automation brief
Requests can become structured automation briefs - a searchable, AI-assisted planning layer. A brief can hold workflow steps and multi-channel message sequences.

Access & trust
Email and password sign-in, protected routes and role-aware navigation. Row-level data rules keep each client's records scoped to that client.
